3. Your order will be shipped up to 5 days prior to your event with a prepaid return label included.
4. One day after your event, return the items with the prepaid label to any FedEx location.

We ship to physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders ship up to 5 days before your event date. You can track your shipment by logging into your account. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Outbound shipping is paid by the customer at checkout. Return shipping is included in your order. A prepaid return label is provided at no additional cost.

Once delivered, the customer is responsible for all items. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact support@dethorned.com if anything is missing or damaged.
