Ordering
Add your desired products and selected quantity to the cart, create an account and select your rental date. At checkout, review our terms of service, enter your payment information, and provide your shipping address. Full payment is required for each order. Upon 5 days prior to your event, we will ship out your arrangements.
Inventory may open up due to cancellations or stock additions, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend selecting an alternative collection.
Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks before your event date. After 3 weeks, you will not be able to order for that date.
Full payment is required at checkout. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Klarna.

Orders ship 5 days before your event date. You can track your shipment by logging into your account.
We ship to physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
No. Return shipping is included in your order total. A prepaid return label is provided. No additional fees apply.

Return your order to any FedEx location using the prepaid return label provided.
If you lose your return label, log in to your account, go to "Orders," and open the order by selecting the order number. Each package in your order has its own return label. Click "Label PDF" for each package to download and reprint the label(s), then attach them and drop off your package(s) at any FedEx location.
No, a prepaid label will be included in your box upon delivery of the items.
